I strongly believe that this book articulates how we got into this current political nightmare by laying out the treason committed by Joe Biden, Harris, Mayorkas and the administrative state who are hellbent on destroying America. This book can also be considered evidence that can be used in a federal criminal case against the Biden Administration as I describe the unconstitutional acts leveled against America.

As I wrote this book, I stopped numerous times in complete disbelief and strangely in admiration at what this treasonous administration was able to achieve. Over 30,000,000 illegal aliens were brought into America in four years through a web of agencies, departments, and NGOs, both foreign and domestic, all funded by USAID.
The malicious acts to fundamentally transform the United States of America are captured in this book. When you have read cover to cover, you will be able to fully understand why and how the treason of open borders was facilitated by the Biden Administration on day one of his presidency to the very last day in office.
These unthinkable treasonous acts carried out by the Biden Administration are being discovered daily by the Trump Administration. Be prepared to be shocked, frustrated, and angry because I concisely and clearly present the fact that the federal government of the United States of America is the enemy of the people. PERIOD!

PROLOGUE
As of this writing, Donald Trump has won the presidential election and will be sworn in as the 47th President of the United States of America.
The severity of damage to the United States of America intentionally caused by Joe Biden has not yet been fully experienced or understood.
My last book, INVADED: The Intentional Destruction of the American Immigration System,covered the Biden Administration’s first two years in office. The first of those two years, I was still serving in the United States Border Patrol as a Deputy Patrol Agent in Charge in San Diego Sector. I witnessed the genesis of the treasonous directives that poured down to the border from Washington, D.C.
The first year of Joe Biden’s presidency was surreal. I watched in horror as the most secure border in the history of the United States of America was instantly destroyed. The Border Patrol was turned upside down and we began to follow unconstitutional orders laying the foundation of chaos and uncertainty. At that time, the United States Border Patrol was approaching our 100-year anniversary. In 96 years, the Border Patrol never functioned in this capacity. If an Agent was ever caught committing the acts that Agents were forced to follow under this administration, that Agent would have been immediately arrested for crimes against the United States of America while under the color of duty.
I watched the border literally be dismantled. The construction of the border wall was halted. I saw my 24 years of hard work evaporate in an instant. My body, beaten up by the rigors of being a Border Patrol Agent, ached as my life’s work was in shambles. I witnessed the invasion of millions of illegal aliens from across the world gather at the border, cross the border, and then be transported into America through a web of government corruption and lucrative partnerships with non-governmental organizations (NGOs). I decided that I could no longer work under a traitorous President and Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary, so I retired.
Even though I witnessed the strategic and purposeful destruction of the immigration system up close and personal, I could never have imagined what would happen to America in the last two years of Joe Biden’s term in office.
As INVADED went to print, the predictions I made from 24 years’ experience and research were materializing rapidly in real time. However, even with all my experience and understanding of how the system was being manipulated and coerced, I could never have imagined the level of treason this presidential administration achieved. A great example of not fully comprehending the plans Joe Biden and his DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas had in place to destroy America’s sovereignty was my prediction that within six months of his time in office the daily arrests of illegal aliens would grow to 10,000. I was shocked when I witnessed my prediction was off by DOUBLE! In December 2023, there were numerous days when the daily arrests of illegal aliens rose to over 20,000!
For the remainder of Joe Biden’s term in office, I dedicated myself to challenging the mainstream media through hundreds of interviews on big and small podcasts, major cable news shows, and on national syndicated radio. I wrote an Amazon Best Selling book, and I traveled across America filming two documentaries WHAT IS TREASON? #TRAFFICKED and WHAT IS TREASON? #INVADED. I then found myself testifying in front of Congress on child sex trafficking and the unbelievable fact that the federal government had lost over 320,000 Unaccompanied Alien Children, called UACs.
After my time in the Border Patrol, writing and researching a bestselling book, filming two documentaries, and then doing hundreds of interviews and speeches; I have come to the realization that the federal government of the United States of America is evil.
I state with complete certainty that the federal government of the United States of America is the enemy.
The individuals running our government hate America and they have weaponized the invasion of tens of millions of illegal aliens into America as a tool to fundamentally transform America. They are traitors and need to be arrested and brought to justice.
The intentional act of opening the borders of the United States of America is treason. In this book, I am going to lay out the evidence of this treason as I would present a criminal case to an Assistant United States Attorney (AUSA). I am going to clearly articulate who, how and why this criminal act was carried out against our nation. I will provide detailed evidence of what the manifestation of this crime has wrought American cities and towns. You will recoil from much of this evidence as it will make you uncomfortable. You will be uncomfortable because the evidence of treason is ugly, and the horrors of child sex trafficking are evil in its most pure form. I will lay out a case of treason against Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, Alejandro Mayorkas, and the administrative state that controls our government.
Do not look away because ignorance is no longer an alibi. Instead, ignorance is now synonymous with being complicit. Everyone must choose a side in this war for the soul of America. Do not fool yourself into thinking you can sit this one out because you can’t. The weak and the undecided will be devoured first.
The idea that our own government, the government of the United States of America, is run by traitors that want to destroy our country is difficult to hear and even more difficult to digest. When you finish this book, all the evidence will be presented, and the verdict will be
obvious. The pieces of evidence will form dots on a blank sheet of paper. All these dots will be connected, and a picture will emerge. The picture will simply be a picture of a crime. Do not look away. Instead, look directly at that picture because there is nothing stronger or more powerful than the truth no matter how difficult it is to accept.
