SCOOP: Per multiple law enforcement sources, a Haitian migrant who flew into the US last year via the Biden administration’s controversial CHNV mass parole program was arrested by police in Massachusetts last week for allegedly molesting a 10-year-old boy who lives near him. Per sources, 18-year-old Akim Marc Desire is now in ICE custody after being arrested for the alleged crime by police in Mansfield, MA, 45 minutes south of Boston, and he is now charged with indecent assault and battery on a victim under age 14. Per sources, Desire flew into the US in Miami, FL on 6/4/2023 and was paroled into the country by CBP via the Biden admin’s mass parole program for Cubans, Haitians, Nicaraguans, and Venezuelans. This is now the second incident in recent months in which a Haitian migrant has been charged with a sex crime against a child in Massachusetts after flying into the US via the Biden admin’s migrant flights mass parole program.
In March, Haitian national Cory Alvarez was charged with aggravated child rape after prosecutors say he raped a girl in a migrant hotel in Rockland, MA. Alvarez had also flown into the US last June via the mass parole program, and was supposed to be with his listed sponsor in New Jersey, but somehow ended up, as a single adult male, at a migrant shelter for families outside of Boston, where he’s accused of raping the girl. Alvarez is also now in ICE custody.
Just last week, DHS restarted the controversial program with “additional vetting” after it was put on pause in July after an internal report found a significant amount of fraud in the program, including 100,000+ applications being filled out by the same 3,200 serial sponsors, phone numbers belonging to dead people, and repeat physical addresses being used hundreds of times, including storage units.
