25-year-old Zelvin Geovani Pavon Gomez faced a Baldwin County judge after a serious accident on County Road 28 in Summerdale around 3 a.m. Gomez, who was driving 68 mph in a 45 mph zone, crashed into a fence, causing his vehicle to roll and ejecting his girlfriend’s 6-year-old daughter, trapping her underneath.
