In regard to immigration the branches of government are siding with illegal aliens. We the people are the victims. In case you failed civics 101, I’m talking about the Executive, Legislative and Judicial Branches of government.

Of course, under the Trump administration we are trying to correct this problem, but I want to focus on the damage of the last 4 years under Biden.

Let’s start with the Executive branch, which is namely the President of the United States. The president has the duty to be our chief “executive” law enforcement officer. That is the president’s constitutional duty to execute these duties to keep us Americans safe at our borders and within them.

Biden failed to execute ONE single task regarding security at our borders! In fact, he hired the treasonous Alejandro Mayorkas to expedite illegal entries. This failure to execute the job he was “elected” and sworn to do is (by definition) treason.

The Biden Administration failed to follow existing law and instead implemented unlawful policies which illegally usurped written law.

Speaking of written law, it is under the purview of the Legislative Branch, namely the United States Congress (House of Representatives and the Senate). They have allowed existing immigration legislation to be ignored. Laws that THEY passed as our elected representatives and, therefore, sanctioned by “We the People.”

Not only did Congress allow their written law to be ignored, they funded these illegal policies to expedite the entry of millions of illegal aliens. That’s right, instead of resisting with their Constitutional power of the purse, they emptied the purse to serve illegal aliens while betraying the American people that elected them.

The Judicial Branch, namely the courts, are tasked with assuring the written law passed by Congress is lawful. The immigration law (INA) has been around (most of it) since the 1920s. So, it has been established as lawful. The courts are also supposed to assure that written law is executed by the president as it is written. The Judicial Branch failed in both instances.

The Judicial Branch, like the legislative branch, were mighty quiet during the treasonous Biden Administration’s reckless disregard of our immigration laws.

Today we have a president that is actually doing his job by enforcing the written legislation! However, now the Legislative and Judicial Branches choose to wake up and declare their opposition to the rule of law.

Members of Congress are decrying the fact that President Trump has cut funds to this illegal alien smuggling venture funded by the government. They are claiming that Trump has no right to not spend money they are recklessly funneling to illegal aliens! Read that again if you have to!

The Judicial Branch is the most active in this recent treason. Lower courts are ordering that Trump spend the money that he froze and kept from organizations. These organizations are aiding and abetting in the trafficking of illegal aliens. 

The Judicial Branch is also illegally mandating that Trump stop deporting the most violent criminals illegally in this country. Where in the Constitution is it written that the courts shall prohibit the president from carrying out his rightful obligation of executing written law?

Congress and the courts, from the Supreme Court to the lower courts, are both usurping their authority over the executive branch that has Constitutional standing in executing the rule of law.

Where were they during the Biden years? That’s when they should have been actively resisting. Instead they are resisting the American people and their will!

Can we please allow the President of the United States to do the job we elected him to do? Can the Legislative Branch stop funding organizations that are breaking the very laws they passed to stop illegal immigration? Can the Judicial Branch stop aiding law breakers by shielding them from their deserved consequences?

The three branches of government are supposed to be separate but equal. They have their very own unique responsibilities. They do have the power of checks and balances, but they do not have the power to usurp each other’s purview! In layman’s terms: when others don’t stay in their lane, we have an unequal mess.
