I was recently given a good critique regarding my articles. I should get straight to the point then develop it instead of keeping the reader guessing and waiting for my point. So, let me just say that most, if not all Assistant United States Attorneys (AUSA) are treasonous or just plain stupid!
Whether they are complicit treasonous partners of the Biden Administration, or if they are stupid, I guess they can pick their designation. These are basically attorneys that “represent” the United States as they prosecute cases in which the defendant(s) have violated federal law.
I do believe many fall under treasonous snakes because they want to fundamentally change the United States. I must remind everyone that the Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security Alejandro Mayorkas once prided himself in being in their ranks. In fact, Mayorkas was their leader. Even before Mayorkas came into the prominent spotlight as the king of treason, he was quietly doing so as a U.S. Attorney.
The one big destructive act that he did was to free the killer of our beloved slain Border Patrol Agents Newton and Azrak. So, by design, Mayorkas the architect of the largest smuggling operation (open borders) in the history of this great country became the boss of the U.S. Border Patrol.
Many of the AUSAs that are now in a position to enact change through unlawful policies are the foot soldiers for lawlessness by simply being lax on crime. Agents do their best to present cases on a silver platter, but the AUSA machine continues to make ridiculous demands. AUSAs often decline prosecution. The AUSA make it so difficult to prosecute cases, they serve as a deterrent for agents who want to do their jobs. Since cases get rejected by the AUSAs, we essentially decriminalize illegal aliens.
Although a big portion of these communist-minded liberal attorneys are there to destroy this country from within, the vast majority are simply stupid. I mean, let’s face it, if you possessed a law degree would you be working for the government? I’m certain that working for a big law firm or maybe personal practice would yield you more money. However, these are the bottom feeders of the law schools.
These bottom feeders probably graduated at the bottom of their class, took three or four tries to pass the bar exam, or perform abysmally when litigating issues. No one will have them, so the government is stuck with their services. Even though their adversaries are commonly a public defender (next step up from bottom feeders) they struggle to bring home a victory to the American people.
The AUSAs know full well they are bottom feeders, so they try to assure their cases win. Their hope is that some unsuspecting law firm will see their win to lose ratio and hire them as “winners.”
Why else would AUSAs want a fail-proof case? They either are too stupid to win on their abilities and want a slam dunk, or they don’t want to win. So, they are either stupid losers that want to move up from their low status, or they are treasonous lackies of a corrupt administration. Whichever they are, America loses.
